1. Operator

The Podavera service (the "Service") is operated by Stralya Technology FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence No. 47032805, with its registered office at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Podavera", "we"). 2. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the Service, available at app.podavera.com, and of the Podavera Chrome extension. By creating an account, you accept them in full.

3. How the Service works

Podavera is a LinkedIn engagement exchange. Members of a pod like and comment on each other's posts. Each like or comment you give earns credits; you spend those credits to receive likes and comments on your own posts.

The Chrome extension performs these actions from your browser, using your LinkedIn session. It reads the LinkedIn session cookies it needs, which are transmitted and stored encrypted, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. A LinkedIn account can be linked to only one Podavera account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

5. Your commitments

You agree to:

  • submit only posts you authored or are authorized to promote;
  • not submit unlawful, hateful or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • not game the credit system or use multiple accounts to obtain credits;
  • not disrupt the Service or try to access other members' data.

6. LinkedIn

Podavera is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn. Automating actions on LinkedIn may breach LinkedIn's terms of service. You use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that LinkedIn may, at its sole discretion, restrict or suspend your LinkedIn account. Podavera cannot be held liable for such measures.

7. Credits

Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be refunded, exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Likes and comments of a cancelled boost that have not been delivered yet are credited back. Monthly credits included in a subscription are granted at the start of each period. We may adjust a balance in case of error or abuse.

8. Subscriptions and payment

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Growth, Scale) are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the Plan page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Unless required by law, amounts paid for a started period are not refunded.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of subscription. By requesting immediate access to the Service, you agree that it starts before this period ends and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right for the part of the Service already provided.

9. Results

Podavera does not guarantee any result in terms of reach, impressions, leads or revenue. The number of likes and comments delivered depends on available members and may be lower than requested; the undelivered part is credited back.

10. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing continuous availability. We may suspend it for maintenance or change it at any time.

11. Suspension and termination

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@klickbee.com. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice where possible. Deleting an account forfeits any remaining credits.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Podavera's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages and capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Podavera is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of customers, data or opportunities, nor for measures taken by LinkedIn on your account.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, logo and code belong to Podavera. You keep all rights to your posts; you only authorize us to process them to operate the Service.

14. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, available at podavera.com/en/privacy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Any material change will be notified by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In case of dispute, you can contact us at hello@klickbee.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, these terms do not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
